A lot of the research on, for example, sauna use and like dementia, stroke, hypertension comes out of Finland. And they use the traditional hot sauna. But in Finland, taking a sauna is like taking a shower. So you can't necessarily say that infrared sauna is associated with like reduced dementia,. You just can't extrapolate it to the infrared. I think there's like tremendous benefit in just sweating.
