So we want to create a true meritocracy and if people have the will and the skill to work they should have you know a fair chance. The next area I'm excited about Joe is forecasting for example with artificial intelligence we can dynamically forecast labor needs based on data we get from our partners. And then lastly performance management is a third area we're excited about. Think of an AI driven insta work university where we can say you know Joe you're a great server but we think you can learn
