The Three Enzymes With Low Affinity for Methionine Fluxes

It's the enzymes with really low affinity that are theoretically most vulnerable to fluxes in the methionine pool, or the CME pool. GNMT, glycine and methyltransferase is the glycine buffer system. PEMT synthesizes phosphatidylcholine from phosphatidylethanolamine but is strongly inhibited by acidenazyl homocysteine. You're regulating the expression of specific genes in very specific ways by controlling all of those things.
