Lean Forward or Lean Back?

Some people are more prone to taking risks than others. Being prudent means you're just cautious enough, but you do take some risks. When that person is pushing for change, think about them as a speeding car coming toward you and say, stop. A better thing to do is to step aside and get in the car with them and drive really fast,. And then you can steer out of out of danger, but at the same time go along with them.
