Evidence shows that Neanderthals were just as sophisticated as ourselves. They had access to mccinol plants, which they used to treat various maladies. But I think the most convincing explanation for me is infectious diseases and there's some really good solid evidence for this. As homo sapiens were pushing out of Africa, they reproduced with Neanderthals. And basically when we met it into bread, we exchanged genes,. Some of these genes allowed us to acquire the ability to live among Neanderthals but also other humans. We can still see the legacy of these Trists tens of thousands of years ago.
