Ruby an rails is a, for me, a mode of self expression. I am creating the tools i want to use when i programme. The number of people in the open sors community that i interact with on a frequent basis ar numbered like the hundreds at the very most. Even though there's hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of developers who have used rubyon rails over the yearsh does it matter whether there's a hundred thousand or a million? Not so much to me. And what i derive satisfaction from and i think, again, that is one of the things you have to be very careful for before from because so much of even open sours have not become gamef
