Is Insolent Stimulating Muscle Protein Synthesis?

Carbohydrates and fats have no direct effect on muscle protein synthesis. You don't necessarily need to eat carbohydrates and fats in each single meal because, oh, i need energy with this meal. Even three days of a moderate caloric deficit already reduces mussl protein synthesis rates. It's not like you had the low fasting without mostaprocere sensualism. As long as overall, an energetic balance is perfect, that doesn't really make sense.
