Sleep Is the Most Important Thing

Sleep is by far the most important thing, and nutrition is very important as well. I always leave my phone outside my bedroom. Try not spend time on my phone after a certain at night. Really cold room. Be relaxed before bed. Don't get too stress. You're not sleepy, maybe you don't need it. And yer, not eating things that i in sugar, i think, and not drinking too much have a big effect on my sleepers.
