Do Electrons Have Free Choice?

Free choice in physics is simply a choice not determined by prior conditions. The past history of the universe does not uniquely determine what the next step is going to happen. When we say the universe has free choice, we're saying that strict determinism is broken. So i asked myself wel how would i put this notion of free choice into a mathematically rigorous statement? And i think probably the most useful thing, is it's the notion of causal independence, or causal de coupling.
