How Did Isabelle Ouchot's WhatsApp Messages End Up in the Public Domain?
Isabelle Ouchot was a ghost writer for Matt Hancock on the Pandemic Diaries. As part of that, he delivered to her tens of thousands of WhatsApp messages. They ended up in the public domain because she went to the daily telegraph. She hasn't denied signing a non-disclosure agreement at the time. But most lawyers have said there is very low risk someone will sue.
