Is There a Super Power in Diversity?

I would more prioritize finding groups of people that represent diversities so that you're not just a hiring for one over the other. As i said, you don't want to be in a situation where you've got all systems, thinkers, but no grit. You know, anything from vision to energy are going to be essential in the things that we need to do to day. That i wan't prior one over theother. I tell yo, the real unique potential of those types, i totally great.
