Scrum Is the Real Value in Agile

Snowbird is breaking all the Agile methods down into their smallest components, and then actually seven kits so you're not locked into a single framework. We use natural sciences and enabling constraint to determine what methods are developed and what are valid. So we can't take a resource specific view of industry or governments anymore. You've got to rethink that one. I would argue that John Boyd did the same thing, more of the natural science leveraging lessons from there in a plan. But even today, many people don't even understand what he wrote 25 years ago with his sketch which was designed to scale by now. They kind of simplify it but they reduce it rather than make it simpler. And Dave
