The Role of Time in Ecosystem Mapping
Time is typically correlated to a shift. So in most cases, in the case of this client, for example, they wanted to shift from a business model to a different business model. And so you have to anchor that time lens almost to say, we're looking at current state and then future state. But that future state, you still need to equalize lenses from the current state to that to the future state - which can be quite complex.
