The Effects of a High Red Meat Diet on Heart Disease?

Most of the effects of a high red meat diet being associated with say cardiovascular disease or colorectal cancer is driven by the fact that those diets tend to be lower and fiber, plant matter fruits and vegetables. And therefore, there is say, confounders in this data that could better explain what we're saying. Study to show that if you sort of account for that, then you see the effect size disappear or lessen.
