Building Trust and Teamwork Among Virtual Team Members

Leaders struggle to fully embrace this new virtual world of work because they don't trust the people on their team. Our leaders within companies also need to trust their teams. And i'd be interested to hear your perspective, it seems as though it's more difficult for the leaders to trust their team than the team to trust their leaders in this world.
