Dive Bombing in the Early Part of the 20th Century

I remember the guy I interviewed as a chap who was an Austrian sticker pilot called Carl Spreitzer. He joined the Austrian Air Force before the Anschluss and then got transferred over to the Lofopper on 1st of September going into Poland. Those eyes, those eyes, they pour into your soul. It's quite unnerving. But it's amazing. You're trying to push the impossible with a heavy bomber, like the hundred one sevens heaven. And so not appreciating that the stooker in itself is a fabulous dive bomber, but is suited to a very specific task.
