Sanctions on Russian Oligarchs

The west has been trying to find a balance between helping u krane and avoiding going to war with russia. One of the most significant sanctions america and europe have imposed is going after oligarchs. The tough new measures are designed to hurt those closest to pootin, figures who until now have seemed untouchable. Seven of them sanctioned, including roman abramovitch, the owner of the chelsea football club. That club can no longer tickets, it can't sign new contracts, and it cannot be sold.
