How to Take Good Care of Yourself

I think we get sold like a bill of goods sometimes about how hard taking good care of ourselves has to be. We're not here to deprive, to live in and indulge in things you love while still living a healthy life is what we all want to do. Anybody can do anything five days out of the week and you take two days off to really go out to dinner with girlfriends and get dinner. I'm taking things for ice cream like live fully and relish these moments. And then it actually fuels your resolve to eat well, those five days on and never feel like you're giving anything up. That's why the two days off are so critical.
