Is Bitcoin a Political Ideology?

I don't think big coin advocates for specific type of relationship with government. Big coin is a tool, right? Technology is not inherently good or bad. It's not inherently political in its nature. But what these tools allow us to do is accomplish certain aims that we may have, socially, politically, r economically.
