If we give people enough money to make them more comfortable, they have less of an incentive to go out into the workforce. That's going to then create this spiral is the argument that the more comfortable it is, the more people will on the margin decide being unemployed or underemployed is not so bad. "There's a real problem there that is unsolvable," he says.
