The Troika and the Future of Driving Licenses
The driving issuance system is very lax. There is hardly any serious testing which goes on and most people know they can get a license through an agent or a broker. So we must admit that there has been improvement in the issuance system where RTOs have kind of devised automated methods. And obviously cutting corruption is there. Another part of the story is that again, you know, like you really require a generational shift if you're talking about perfect traffic complaints. Right.
