How to Shoot iPhone Only Videos

I was really committed to going iPhone only, but so many people gave me pushback on the quality of the videos and just me changing things too much. So my head is all over the place when it comes to iPhone. I have to figure out if I just want to do Instagram stories as my like vlog. And then maybe make reels from like batches of Instagram stories and just narrate the slides. Or do I go back to like shooting everything with iPhone and just having fun with it?
