The Fundamental Value of a Stock
We try and think, if the transaction falls over, what's the likely lowest level that this stock is going to trade at? And usually as a starting point, when used like te e, three or six months low prior to the bid as is probably a good starting point in a lot of instances. We might assume that, worst case, sonaro would be exeting the stock 25 % lower than where we're buying it; then build out our our position sizes accordingly.
