How to Train Like a Pro
I used to train a lot with the other George, like all through our twenties. I'd jump on the back of that and I'd never put maximum like time and effort into it. Never got my diet right so I kind of I was like a bulky guy. A little bit of chub. So then I started doing that built muscle and was still quite junky. But now I do a different type of training. Everyone then comments like, you can't get this big from CrossFit. It's like, yeah, but I've not been doing that. I've done CrossFit for a year. Like I have to do that half run, do a bit of body building
