If you want to see what you're really capable of, figure out getting eight hours of good sleep every night. Part of that it's not ythe amount of time that you're sleeping, but again, the quality of sleep. For a lot of people, placing the tape cross all the entire lip as has been very beneficial. If you have to struggle to get this off, you're doing it totally wrong. This should be able to come off very easily.
