Is There a No Fat Diet?

i think there's a lot of confusion over this. i eat a relatively low fat diet, but it's not a no fat diet. My two main rules for fats are the following. Number one, most of your fats should come from whole foods and not from isolated oils. When you're eating your fat from whole foods, avacatos, nut see, cocoanut. Ah, you not is getting healthy fats. You're geting minerals. You're getting fibery, getting bidaments.
