Shares are only available when we're raising money for a new acquisition. There's lack of liquidity, but that's actually good and bad. The value isn't driven by sentiment. It's driven by facts. And those facts can be influenced by what we talked about before - getting creative on the lease to add value more than just on the building. So our biggest point of difference is that we focus on investing in unlisted property as opposed to other funds. We always try to look for what is the upside in commercial property investment without all of that other stuff. They're happy with this because they know there is a little bit of leverage so their gains are going to be amplified. Much lower
