I think we work out five, six days a week and that's something different every single time. We're conscious of what you're putting in your body and how it makes you feel. What we've been doing over the last three weeks is different to what we were doing six months ago in a training aspect. Training for us is generally in the morning. We train, we're at the office or at the beach or wherever we're. Because you've got a gym at the office now, I mean yeah. Which I've not been invited to yet and these boys will be inviting me. Absolutely.
