The Holy District
The book of the prophet ezekiel, chapter forty five. The holy district. You allot the land as a possession. Of this a square plot of 505 hundred cubits shall be for the sanctuary with 50 cubits an open space around it. And in the holy district, you shall measure off a section 25 thousand cubits long and ten thousand broad,. In which shall be the sanctuary, the most holy place. It shall belong to the whole house of israel and to the prince. But if you do not listen to me to keep the sabbath day holy ... then i will kindle a fire in its gates"
