Do You Cool Down on the Bike Before Getting Off and Running?

A common top o session for tathletes is the brick run. You do your block session, and then you get off and run to emulate that feeling of running off the bock. But if you're doing a high intensity session, i would want you to finish the high intensity session and don't do a cool down. Get off and get your running shoes on as quick as possible. And then, you know, warm up before you run if you're wanted to take your time warming up.
