Is Empathy a Feminine Trait?
Being empathetic in the work place often assume to be something that's more feminine and that women feel they need to do? Or is it not yet? That's o big questiond that is, dafy. Something that i explored in the book as well, whether we're born with more sort of empathy ora kind of empathy feelings. And in fact, they're a lot of twin studies looking at genetic cod to find that that's not case. It's not that we are necessarily wired to be more epathetic as women. However, our society, in our culture, does encourage and reward it, a lot more.
