You Always Want to Look for That Opening in Your Body

The work that i do is emotional, it's somatic, it's intuitive. And you know, and i've taught many people how to change that. When you have a situation and you feel anxiety onu feel how tight you feel,. uncomfortable on some level, what you can do is you shift your focus. I usually, when i started doing this, would focus on my gut. Sometimes i felt nothing, because a lot of us do feel nothing. We haven't learned how to connect to our emotions. A lot of us think anger and crying are emotions, but those are just reactions. En, you always want to go deeper, what's happening inside of me.
