Hundreds of banks are insolvent. The central bank, the banks, and the banking regulators themselves all hit this with various kinds of accounting tricks that were approved in the space. So essentially they buried their insolvency and literally a footnote and he figured it out. And that's actually what led to the SUV Bank run. All these banks are at the so-called discount window with this new printing program that the Fed just set up. They've got $150 billion that's come in. It is the one asset that is not going to be seized.
