I don't think you ever decompress as a journalist. I'm not sure it's a wise thing for a journalist to be stress-free. So, I think there should be a slight sort of seat of your pants feeling to whatever you do. When we see norms being contrived and changed in a way that seems deleterious to public debate or democracy, I do think it is our role to call it out. And the first stage of that is in recognizing when that is starting to happen.
