You Learned the League as an Advance Scout

As an advance scout, you learn the league. You learned personnel. And i don't think it's an accident that a lot of you guys, it was a spring board, over time, to then going to the bench, behind the bench, front of the bench, and then becoming a head coach. It adds to the grind, but it's how you can make your team better,. because you do know really what happened.
