I really love that you're sharing that. I don't think a lot of people have shared this before and I actually completely agree with you. What I would like to say is that this is actually something I've brought up on a couple of the hiring committees that I've been a part of because especially over the, well, not in recent times but over the COVID times when the UX writing discipline really exploded. This is exactly one of the things that was often overlooked, like the actual listening to a candidate, seeing how they explain things so much was focused on getting candidates through processes quickly.
