Many jurisdictions haven't grappled with that. A lot of judges have dodged the question. Thankfully, the Commonwealth and the common law countries have actually drilled down a lot on the elements of what makes up property. But generally speaking, we have the tools to deal with these cryptocurrency insolvencies. We just have to adapt with the new asset class.
