The Tulsa Office and the FBI
Bob Rick was the spokesman for the FBI during the siege here. He later became the head of the Tulsa office and failed to prevent the Oklahoma City bombing that he could have prevented. Here's him explaining their thinking: "We believe that this thing had to be brought to a logical conclusion at some point" And then one more where he boasts about breaching that concrete room, which they pretended to believe was Corresia's command center when his men were not there.
