Do You Feel That Comedy Does Not Age as Well as Many Other Products of Creativity?

Comedy does not age as well as many other products of creativitys i am always mortified to go back to something i thought was hilarious, only to find that it's deeply unfunny. I do think certainly sketch comedy dressing up, as you know, as a bishop or a lawyer or a judge or something is funnier when a young person does it. And maybe that's as it should be. It isn't quite the same as the pytonesque s he wonderful thing about seeing pyton playing brigadier generalsand and bishops and things is that they're still in their twenties.
