How to Hire and Hire a Diverse Team for DevRel

I'm working on a new consulting company that I just started for developer relations. A lot of companies, DevTools companies especially, are like super understaffed and they're stuck in like months long cycles of like trying to hire. And so hiring just sometimes gets stalled and they need videos, but they're like, we have no one to make them. That's what my company does as well. Video is written content talks, whatever it is. Thankfully, we've got a lot of very happy customers. So I can say confidently that everybody's very happy and there's just more coming every day without any marketing.
