Mill's Empiricism Isn't Necessarily Egalitarian

Empiricism is not necessarily democratic. It can be technocratic and Mill's argument is very technocratic. And he could have proved that empiricism isn't necessarily egalitarian because, well, some people have experienced more things than others.
