Mill's Empiricism Isn't Necessarily Egalitarian

Empiricism is not necessarily democratic. It can be technocratic and Mill's argument is very technocratic. And he could have proved that empiricism isn't necessarily egalitarian because, well, some people have experienced more things than others. But in practice, these things go together in a society where learning is tied to wealth. So there are some efforts to try to keep this theory kind of radical feeling.
