What's the Hardest Decision for the Private Beta?

Wanshin: I think getting ready for the beta so quickly was a hard decision. Initially, we had planned to do it a little slowly and release beta version next year. We decided to move even more quickly and be more focused and get things even faster. Apart from that, I feel like things have been going nicely and I hope it continues going that way. It's focused towards application developers, those who are building new applications.
