All of the meat that we sauce comes from regenerative agriculture. The animals are being kept in a system that's improving by diversity, improving the nutrition and carbon in the soil. So on the great plains of america, for example, the herds of bison would have moved across the great plains, and they would have spent very little time in one spot. And what farmers are doing its mimicking that by moving the animals in small groups.
