How to Decordicate a Block Graft

There's tissue in between your block graft and the ridge. You're going to get tissue. So make sure you clean that super thoroughly. Decordicate, we use a number two round burr, like a carbide and a high speed. And as always, we use to make a bunch of different holes. Each hole is probably like two millimeters away from the other one.
