The Land Use Crisis in the UK

Renewable resources are extremely inefficient if you measure them simply on land use necessary to produce a megawatt hour. Great Britain is a land area roughly the size of Minnesota with 65 million people rather than 6 million people in it. This is effectively a land use conflict here in the UK. There's a lot of public resistance to renewable energy developments of all kinds.
