The Bank of England's Quantitative Easing

The Bank of England is injecting new cash into the economy through quantitative easing. This means that households and firms tend to be able to access loans more easily. As a result, overall demand in the economy goes up and prices go up. So it didn't work out for the Spanish - now we're worried about inflation in the UK.
