The Prippled Man

The past is your avatar and fresh in my mind. I can't really comment on them directly. What he does have is an extraordinary ear that allows him in such a wide variety of characters,  and it seems never to slip. He also gives a voice to people who you haven't heard from, or you don't know how their inner voices will go. The reason I chose the particular passage is he has interest in human kindness in very small, minute detail. It's something that certainly affected what I attempt to do, but better for worse in my own work.
