In a team context that is not an open source project, it saves time, right? And people can work more smoothly. There's less frustration. You don't always have to write this huge document or huge like book, how your system is designed. It can just be maybe you have a couple of sketches up loaded to your gethup repository That people can chick out. Or maybeyou have everything just written down the read me. Soi, i think following that approach for, like, an open Source project is a good idea because you will probably get better pull requests.
