How to Create Systems That Work

There are a lot of things that these kids have either given up on or they're not yet interested in. So the thing that I always felt parents would start with something that they're not getting into. Take aim on that first, give some success, get some buy-in, and then go back and try to collaborate on other areas. These are the areas that are really core to creating systems that really work.
