i'm recognizing that i could have been more epathetic. If you can, on the back of some specific interaction that happened over past few days, you are able to reach back out to that person and try some of these questions. I am still a student at this game. But what i do know is that ampathy is the most important ingredient that transcends my personal and professional relationships for building these concepts like team work and connection.
